Low-Voltage Busbar Trunking Comprehensive Testing Machine
1. Low-Voltage Busbar Trunking Comprehensive Performance Automatic Testing System: With safety‑standard test accuracy of 2%, a 19‑inch large LCD display, and a built-in computer and testing system. 2. Technical Features: a. The instrument covers three test categories—dielectric strength, insulation resistance, and grounding. b. The equipment supports automated testing of three‑phase busbar trunking systems with 3-, 4-, or 5‑wire configurations. c. It features an integrated computer system; test data can be stored and exported as needed. d. Equipped with a three‑color alarm light, it can rapidly disconnect the high‑voltage output in emergency situations. e. Pioneering LPA (Linear) technology in China, delivering an output waveform distortion of less than 1%, with fine adjustment capabilities and highly reliable measurement results, ensuring convenient and rapid operation.
Busbar welding machine
Main uses and applicable scope: Welding object: This equipment is used for welding busbar bends. Applicable workpiece dimensions: Maximum copper bar thickness 5 mm, maximum width 260 mm. Welding process: TIG welding. Pre-welding preparation: The copper bars must be cut to neat lengths. Within approximately 15 mm of the weld seam, any surface coatings, paint, or other foreign materials should be removed to prevent welding defects. Workpiece clamping: The operator manually loads the workpiece, aligns the weld seam with the center of the rear forming groove, and activates the foot pedal switch to firmly clamp the copper bar.

Based on an automated workflow encompassing material loading, feeding, punching, sawing, and unloading, the system is designed to enable continuous, end-to-end automation from raw material to semi-finished product. The production line's core support modules include a CNC control system, inspection and feedback mechanisms, and automated scrap‑handling. This solution is ideally suited for busbar‑trunking profile processing, with the key advantage of reducing labor while boosting productivity.
