SF6 density relay
The Y100‑BJ type SF6 density relay is widely used for monitoring transmission and distribution grid systems and is a specialized instrument for high- and medium‑voltage switchgear and power equipment. This relay enables real-time monitoring and control of the SF6 gas density within electrical equipment; when a leak occurs, it outputs alarm and interlock signals to ensure the safe and reliable operation of the transmission and distribution system. Equipped with a unique, advanced temperature‑compensation feature, the SF6 density relay maintains a stable SF6 gas density despite variations in ambient temperature, thereby ensuring the equipment's long‑term optimal performance.
Remote SF6 density relay
The Y100–YXBJ remote‑transmission SF6 density relay is primarily used to control and monitor the density of SF6 gas in sealed enclosures. It is commonly employed in SF6 high‑voltage switchgear, medium‑voltage switchgear, gas‑insulated switchgear (GIS), high‑voltage cables, transformers, and instrument transformers, and is well suited for harsh outdoor environments. This remote‑transmission SF6 density relay represents an integrated mechanical–electronic design that ensures reliable mechanical contact while transmitting accurate measurement data promptly to the receiving device via electrical current or RS‑485 communication.
Digital Lightning Arrester Online Monitor
The MNWS-JCQ digital arrester online monitor is primarily designed to monitor metal oxide surge arresters at substation voltages of 35 kV and above. The device features periodic, automated monitoring and measurement of key parameters such as total current and number of operations. It reliably records the number of operation cycles, provides real-time online monitoring of leakage current and resistive current, and incorporates a communication module compliant with State Grid standards, along with an RS‑485 interface. This enables the real-time transmission of arrester operating data to the State Grid's IoT platform or its power transmission and transformation online monitoring system, thereby facilitating early detection of potential faults and helping to prevent accidents.
