In response to the national policy on green, environmentally friendly new energy and to drive continuous upgrades in production technology while achieving independent and controllable management of new‑energy projects, Huoju Electronics has established two supercapacitor production lines and launched a range of high‑end products, including the CSD01 lead‑type supercapacitor, the CSD02 tab‑welded supercapacitor, the CSD03 terminal‑post supercapacitor, and the CSM series supercapacitor modules. These products are widely used in rail transit, power‑grid applications, and other fields.

Ceramic Multilayer Capacitors (MLCC)

Multilayer ceramic capacitors are constructed by alternately stacking ceramic dielectrics and metal electrodes, with interleaved but electrically isolated internal electrodes connected to the external electrodes at both ends, thereby forming a parallel‑connected capacitor array. Common package forms include chip‑type devices, radial‑lead components, molded‑case packages, and metal‑leadframe products. These components are widely used in consumer electronics, industrial equipment, automotive electronics, and other applications.

Tantalum capacitor

The core component of a tantalum electrolytic capacitor is called the tantalum anode, which is manufactured by pressing countless tantalum powder particles into a honeycomb‑structured tantalum block that serves as the anode. Subsequently, an electrical charge is applied to form a nonconductive layer of tantalum pentoxide on the tantalum surface, acting as the insulating dielectric. Finally, a conductive cathode is coated or implanted over this dielectric layer. Tantalum electrolytic capacitors offer high capacitance, excellent electrical performance, and superior reliability. Currently, our main product lines include: chip‑type polymer‑tantalum fixed capacitors (models CAK55 and CA55), chip‑type manganese‑dioxide‑tantalum fixed capacitors (models CAK45 and CA45), and high‑energy composite tantalum fixed capacitors (model CAK36).
