Steel‑plate butterfly valves are used for on/off control and flow regulation in the cooling and oil‑storage pipelines of oil‑immersed transformers. Featuring a steel‑plate valve body, they offer excellent rigidity and reliable sealing, and are commonly employed in oil‑circulation systems such as radiators, gas relays, and oil‑drain or sampling lines.

Pressure relief valve

Pressure relief valves are used for pressure protection in oil-immersed transformers: when an internal fault causes a rapid pressure surge, the valve opens within milliseconds to vent excess pressure; once the pressure returns to normal, it automatically resets and maintains a tight seal. Equipped with signal contacts, it outputs alarm or trip signals to prevent deformation or rupture of the transformer tank.

Dehumidifier

Transformer desiccant breather is used to filter the air entering the oil conservator, removing moisture and impurities to keep the insulating oil dry, slow down its aging, and ensure safe operation and extended service life.
