QianDe Power's portable short-circuit grounding wires use 0.20 mm oxygen-free copper wire from Tianjin Huabei as the core material, with a purity of up to 99.99%. Employing advanced stranded‑wire technology, they are constructed by twisting multiple strands of high‑quality soft copper wire, resulting in a supple texture and excellent flexibility. The outer PVC jacket is formulated in-house, ensuring it resists discoloration, brittleness, deformation, and cracking. The product boasts a daily production capacity of 10,000 meters and annual sales of approximately 800 tons.

The raw material of Qiande Electric Insulation Blankets is imported EVA resin, which undergoes fully automated one-step thermal molding. Operating continuously, the daily output is approximately 500 units. Depending on the voltage level, the insulation blankets are designed for 0.4 kV and 17 kV applications. Each product undergoes rigorous testing, with insulation performance far exceeding industry standards and ensuring stable insulating effectiveness under specified voltages.

Qiande Power's foot clamps are crafted from brand‑new seamless steel tubing made of Q355B 16Mn alloy steel, offering superior strength, excellent toughness, and a service life far exceeding that of standard foot clamps. The manufacturing process employs Panasonic robotic seamless welding technology, ensuring uniform, robust welds with smooth, flawless cuts, thereby significantly enhancing the overall structural stability. Additionally, a quenching treatment is applied to further strengthen the material, boosting its hardness and wear resistance. The product's identification label is laser‑etched for enhanced durability, and it is certified by the Thermal Engineering Bureau.
