LOW-VOLTAGE COMPENSATION AND FILTERING CAPACITOR
The filtering capacitors of our company are constructed as follows: high-grade self-healing metallized polypropylene films are wound around the same concentric insulating tube (this ensures the windings have excellent precision). After undergoing long-term vacuum drying (to guarantee the stable operating performance of the capacitors), the internal three capacitor cores are connected in either a delta or star configuration. The current-carrying metal layers (electrodes) of the three internal capacitor cores are deposited on one side of the film via vaporization, and the electrodes are connected by the metal layers sprayed on both ends of the capacitor cores. The capacitors are encapsulated in cylindrical aluminum casings using an inert gas or oil-sand sealing technology.
TUNED REACTOR
The filtering reactors of our company adopt an all-dry structure, which are made by winding high-quality silicon steel sheets and copper wires, followed by epoxy resin casting. The product features strong overload capacity, low loss, low temperature rise, low noise, and other advantages.

COMPENSATION AND FILTERING MODULE
The compensation filtering module comprises various components, including capacitors, reactors, thyristor switches (dynamic), contactors (static), fast‑acting fuses, and intelligent measurement and control units. It replaces conventional distributed reactive power compensation devices, providing reactive power compensation while also offering functions such as harmonic filtering, overcurrent protection, overheating protection, and phase‑loss protection, thereby ensuring the safest possible operation of the equipment. The cabinet in which this module is assembled offers several key advantages over traditional cabinets: greater capacity, easy expandability, convenient installation, a compact structure, and a clean, aesthetically pleasing layout.
