Remote Online Battery Capacity Verification System
The remote online battery capacity‑verification system is an intelligent monitoring solution built on IoT and cloud platforms. It continuously collects key parameters such as battery‑pack voltage, current, internal resistance, and temperature, enabling one‑click, remote initiation of constant‑current capacity‑verification charge–discharge cycles. Coupled with AI algorithms, it automatically generates capacity‑degradation reports and issues early warnings of degradation. This system addresses longstanding industry challenges—cumbersome manual verification, high safety risks, lengthy testing cycles, and imprecise data—enabling unattended battery operations, preventing power‑outage incidents caused by battery degradation, and significantly enhancing battery‑maintenance efficiency.
Battery Online Monitoring System
The Battery Management System (BMS) is an intelligent, real-time, continuous monitoring system that tracks key operational parameters of battery packs. Its primary functions include the acquisition and analysis of critical data such as voltage, current, temperature, and internal resistance, while also providing early fault warning, state-of-charge (SOC) estimation, and state-of-health (SOH) diagnosis. By addressing the limitations of traditional manual inspections—low efficiency, untimely detection, and difficulty in identifying latent risks—the BMS effectively prevents power outages, system failures, and production‑safety incidents caused by battery degradation or failure. It is widely deployed in applications where power supply reliability is of paramount importance.
