OGMA-3690
The OGMA‑3690 series online monitoring system for dissolved gases and trace water in oil can perform sampling independently via the on-site monitoring host. The host comprises five highly integrated modules: a gas supply unit, a degassing unit, a column oven unit, a control unit, and an IED unit. The gas supply unit generates gas in real time and delivers it at a constant pressure; through programmable control, it provides the carrier gas required by the instrument in sufficient quantity and at the desired flow rate, enabling maintenance‑free operation throughout the equipment's service life.

The fiber-optic temperature‑measurement system enables direct, real-time, and highly accurate measurement of winding hotspot temperatures, providing comprehensive internal monitoring of transformers and other high‑voltage power equipment, with a wide measurement range. In addition to its precise and reliable temperature‑sensing performance, it offers outstanding EMI/RFI (electromagnetic interference/radio‑frequency interference) immunity, superior high‑voltage insulation, and robust anti‑interference capabilities. The system comprises a temperature‑sensing fiber‑optic probe, a feedthrough connector, an oil‑tank mounting plate, external patch cords, and a demodulator unit. It features direct, online, real-time, and accurate measurement of winding hotspot temperatures, allowing for the real-time, precise monitoring of "hotspot" temperatures during dynamic load operation.
Digital metering
By deploying digital remote‑transmission meters, the basic functions of primary equipment are extended, and its operational status is monitored and flagged with early warnings. The data collected by these digital meters adheres to a unified data model, and both the data and analytical results are transmitted via a standardized communication protocol to the auxiliary application host (integrated application host or service gateway). Metering nodes are connected to protective devices. Measurement parameters are directly acquired through sensor units. Furthermore, the digital remote‑transmission meters are integrated into the main equipment, facilitating installation, removal, maintenance, calibration, and replacement while ensuring compliance with the safety‑operation requirements of the primary equipment.
