POLYESTER LAMINATE SHEET

GPO3UPGM203 laminated sheet is a rigid, plate‑shaped insulating material manufactured by impregnating alkali‑free glass‑fiber cloth with an unsaturated polyester resin paste and adding appropriate additives, followed by hot pressing. It exhibits excellent electrical performance under high‑stress conditions, good mechanical properties at moderate temperatures, and is flame‑retardant. It also features arc resistance and outstanding resistance to tracking and erosion. A ground‑finished board is produced by precisely machining the thickness of a polished board, offering tighter dimensional tolerances.
EPOXY LAMINATE SHEET

FR‑4 epoxy glass‑fiber laminate exhibits the following properties: excellent electrical performance in high‑humidity environments, good mechanical properties at moderate temperatures, superior dielectric strength, and flame retardancy (FR series), along with stable product quality. It can be machined into various components using methods such as lathe turning, stamping, trimming, drilling, sandblasting, grinding, sawing, and milling.

Epoxy glass-fiber wound tubes or rods are manufactured by cross-winding high‑quality glass fibers impregnated with an ultra‑low‑viscosity, high‑temperature‑resistant epoxy resin, followed by baking and hot‑press molding in a forming die, resulting in circular‑cross‑section tubes or rods. They exhibit high mechanical strength at elevated temperatures (with a thermal‑strength retention rate exceeding 50%), stable electrical performance under high humidity, and excellent dielectric properties.
