Aluminum–copper–rare earth alloy grounding material is manufactured by combining multiple alloys. The product uses aluminum as the base matrix, with 3.5% copper and 0.2% rare earth elements added to enhance its electrical conductivity, tensile strength, and fatigue resistance. The incorporation of rare earths refines the grain structure, resulting in a denser microstructure; moreover, the reactivity of these elements, in synergy with other alloying constituents, improves the conductor's corrosion‑resistance. Subsequent shot peening and pre‑oxidation treatments eliminate residual stresses, thereby boosting the material's dimensional stability and durability, strengthening the surface, and further enhancing its fatigue performance. Graphene grounding material

The graphite‑alloy grounding rod utilizes a Φ195 round steel core, which is precision‑machined on a CNC lathe to a length of 1.2 meters. It is then manufactured using a variety of metallic materials, including graphene, silver powder, aluminum powder, zinc powder, and copper powder. Through a thermal‑diffusion plating process, these metals bond with the steel at the metallurgical molecular level, eliminating any electrochemical corrosion or galvanic‑cell effects. The resulting product exhibits excellent electrical conductivity, rapid discharge performance, and superior resistance to lightning strikes, while requiring no additional anti‑corrosion treatment.
