Smart capacitors are primarily composed of low-voltage power capacitors, integrated with intelligent modules, zero‑current switching components, current sampling units, and other key parts. The intelligent reactive power compensation controller (dynamic reactive power compensation controller) is built around a high‑performance 32‑bit microcontroller and employs a dual‑core, multitasking operating system powered by a high‑precision metering chip. Its technical parameters are freely configurable, making it suitable for a wide range of applications. It is extensively used for low‑voltage reactive power compensation control. With strong electromagnetic interference immunity and comprehensive protection features, it can measure and display grid line voltage, current, harmonics, active power, reactive power, and power factor, while simultaneously providing real‑time monitoring and protection for capacitor banks. Equipped with a large‑screen LCD and a fully Chinese‑language user interface, it offers functions such as dynamic tuning compensation, harmonic analysis, limit‑exceedance control, event logging, and data upgrading.
