Busbar (copper bars and contacts connecting environmental protection cabinets and gas-insulated switchgear)
A busbar is a component made of highly conductive copper or aluminum materials, used to transmit electrical power and to collect and distribute it. In power plants or substations, it serves as the main conductor for transmitting electric energy, carrying power from generators, transformers, or rectifiers to various consumers or other substations. In substations, the connection of distribution devices at different voltage levels, as well as the interconnection of electrical equipment such as transformers and their associated distribution apparatus, typically employs bare conductors or stranded wires with rectangular or circular cross‑sections; these are collectively referred to as busbars. The primary functions of a busbar are to collect, distribute, and transmit electrical energy.
Copper–aluminum electrical conductive components (conductive rods, conductive inserts, and other accessories)
New Products / New Technology
Copper–aluminum conductive components are critical elements in medium- and high-voltage power‑transmission equipment—such as switchgear, transformers, and instrument transformers—responsible for conducting medium- and high‑voltage currents. Their performance directly determines the safe and stable operation of the power system, and they are primarily used in transmission and distribution applications at voltage levels of 10 kV and above.
Copper busbar (grounding busbar, etc.)
New Products / New Technology
Copper busbar grounding conductors are long, rectangular‑section conductors manufactured from high‑purity copper. They serve as the core components of grounding systems, collecting and conducting fault currents and establishing equipotential bonding, and are widely used for safety grounding in power, telecommunications, and other industries.
