It is a flexible conductive connector primarily used to compensate for equipment vibration, correct installation misalignment, and facilitate high‑current transmission. Its key features include high electrical conductivity, fatigue resistance, and excellent thermal dissipation, making it widely employed in power equipment, industrial electric furnaces, generators, and other applications. Copper flexible connectors utilize T2 copper—such as T2 copper foil or T2 copper busbar—as the base material and are manufactured using pressure welding or brazing techniques, including polymer diffusion bonding and silver‑based brazing. The contact surfaces may be tin‑ or silver‑plated to enhance conductivity, with copper strip thicknesses ranging from 0.05 mm to 3 mm, and custom designs are available.
