YW-J360 Station AC System Residual Current Monitoring Device
The substation's auxiliary AC power system supplies power to both primary and secondary equipment, serving as an indispensable component for ensuring reliable power delivery. Any abnormal condition can directly impair the normal operation of in-service equipment. Moreover, insulation faults in the auxiliary AC system pose significant safety risks to the substation's AC power supply; therefore, monitoring residual current in this system is of paramount importance. This device enables real-time monitoring of residual current on each AC feeder within the substation, helping operations and maintenance personnel quickly identify faulted circuits, substantially reducing the time required to locate AC insulation faults and thereby safeguarding the reliability of the substation's AC power supply system.
YW-J200 DC System Insulation Monitoring Device
In power systems, DC system ground faults are both common and highly detrimental. Whether the fault occurs on the positive or negative pole, a two-point ground can lead to protective relay maloperation or failure to operate, thereby jeopardizing the normal operation of the primary system. This device features comprehensive DC insulation‑fault monitoring, capable of detecting various types of ground faults in DC systems, including single‑point grounding, multi‑point grounding, two‑pole grounding, AC intrusion, DC cross‑connection, battery grounding, and fault location. Additionally, it provides voltage balancing, periodic testing, differential‑voltage alarms, and automatic calibration functions.
YW-D960 DC Fault Tester
DC system insulation faults, DC cross‑talk faults, and AC‑to‑DC fault currents are common and highly detrimental to power systems, jeopardizing their normal operation. To help field maintenance personnel quickly and accurately locate DC faults, our company has developed a DC fault locator. This device employs a high‑precision current clamp meter and leverages the differential DC current in the faulted circuit to identify and pinpoint the fault. By integrating fast FFT analysis into the DC fault‑location equipment, it can detect various types of insulation faults, DC cross‑talk faults, and AC‑to‑DC fault currents across all voltage levels in DC systems.
