Copper foil

Copper foil is produced by alloying copper with a specific proportion of other metals. It typically comes in two grades—90‑foil and 88‑foil—corresponding to copper contents of 90% and 88%, respectively. Copper foil exhibits low surface oxidation, enabling it to adhere to a variety of substrates, such as metals and insulating materials, and operates over a broad temperature range. It is primarily used for electromagnetic shielding and antistatic applications. When conductive copper foil is laminated onto a substrate and bonded to a metallic base material, it delivers excellent electrical conductivity while providing effective electromagnetic shielding.
