ZW32-12 Mechanism and Accessories Series
The ZW32‑12 outdoor vacuum circuit breaker (hereinafter referred to as the "circuit breaker") is an outdoor distribution device rated at 12 kV, three-phase, 50 Hz. It is primarily used for switching on and off load currents, overload currents, and short-circuit currents in power systems. It is suitable for protection and control applications in substation and industrial/mining enterprise distribution systems, as well as in locations with frequent switching operations in rural power grids. This circuit breaker features a compact footprint, light weight, condensation‑resistance, and maintenance‑free operation, enabling it to perform reliably under harsh climatic conditions and in polluted environments.
VS1+ Modular Operating Mechanism
The fully modular structural design ensures that the ZN93 circuit breaker features a clear overall functional architecture, simple operation and maintenance, and reliable performance. It enables quick replacement of modular components without compromising product characteristics, and incorporates easily accessible secondary control units. Our design places particular emphasis on user‑friendly, efficient, and rapid servicing. For wear‑prone components such as the trip/close solenoids, motor, and overcurrent release solenoids, replacement is exceptionally convenient and swift, further enhancing user experience.
ZN85 operating mechanism
The ZN85‑40.5 series indoor high‑voltage vacuum circuit breaker is a next‑generation 40.5 kV vacuum circuit breaker independently developed by our company, representing a domestically leading technological standard. Its key feature is that the main current‑carrying circuit is housed within a fully enclosed three‑phase insulating cylinder, while the operating mechanism is arranged vertically above and below the main circuit. This mechanism is a novel spring‑operated type, also developed in‑house; it boasts a simple structure, reliable operation, and wide applicability in power plants, grid systems, metallurgy, petrochemical facilities, as well as urban infrastructure projects such as airports, commercial buildings, and subway systems.
