Mubea has been dedicated to the production of high‑quality disc springs for more than 60 years. Starting with the processing of raw materials at its own cold‑rolling mill, the entire manufacturing process is carried out in‑house. All Mubea disc springs undergo shot peening within the factory to induce residual compressive stresses, resulting in a fatigue life that exceeds the requirements specified in DIN 2093. A zinc‑phosphating treatment followed by oiling is applied as the standard corrosion‑protection process, ensuring long‑term resistance to corrosive environments.
