Digital arrester meter
New Products / New Technology
The digital arrester meter is a new‑generation smart meter built on an IoT framework, primarily designed to measure leakage current, resistive current, and the number of lightning strikes for substation arresters. This meter seamlessly integrates a traditional mechanical dial with advanced intelligent measurement capabilities, meeting both on‑site inspection and remote monitoring requirements. Its smart measurement module leverages the substation's local IoT network to transmit data to a remote platform, where built‑in applications perform resistive current calculations and historical trend analysis. By promptly detecting abnormalities—such as internal moisture ingress or mechanical damage—during arrester operation, it helps prevent potential failures and enhances the reliability of the power system.
Core Clamp Current Sensor
New Products / New Technology
The core‑clamp current sensor is designed for monitoring ground currents in transformer (reactor) cores or clamp assemblies. Featuring high‑performance magnetic components and a precision magnetic circuit, it accurately measures wide‑range ground currents in transformer cores and clamps, with a minimum measurable RMS current of 5 mA and a maximum of 10 A. A high‑performance CPU enables the sensor to deliver broadband measurement capabilities and robust spectral analysis, with an analysis bandwidth of 50–1000 Hz. Powered by an imported industrial‑grade lithium‑thionyl battery and employing a low‑power design, the sensor boasts a service life exceeding six years.
Smart Substation Access/Aggregation Node
New Products / New Technology
Access nodes are primarily used within substations to acquire monitoring data and issue control commands from various integrated measurement units or monitoring devices in a standardized manner. They also facilitate the integration of monitoring devices of different types, manufacturers, and even deployed on different circuits—such as distribution lines—enabling standardized, secure, and intelligent connectivity across transmission, substation, and distribution networks. In power‑equipment IoT systems, wireless sensor networks typically comprise terminal sensors, node devices, a cloud platform, and applications; substation aggregation nodes serve to receive and consolidate data from peripheral monitoring sensors in transmission and substation systems.
