Toroidal core
The toroidal cores manufactured by Huanggang Shengyang Electrical Co., Ltd. are primarily made from grain-oriented electrical silicon steel. Common silicon steel thicknesses range from 0.20 to 0.35 mm, enabling the production of toroidal cores with inner diameters of 8 mm or greater and outer diameters up to 1,300 mm.
CD-type iron core
Compared with laminated iron cores, C‑type iron cores exhibit lower core losses, smaller dimensions, and lighter weight, while offering easier assembly and reduced space requirements and copper‑wire losses. They are widely used in single-phase transformers, current transformers, reactors, and other applications.
Laminated Core
Ladder‑type core laminations are the core magnetic circuit components in low‑frequency power equipment such as power transformers and distribution transformers. Their distinctive design feature is the "ladder‑shaped" joint between core laminations, which replaces the conventional "direct butt‑joint" approach. This configuration optimizes the magnetic circuit structure and reduces losses, making it a widely adopted core type in medium‑ and large‑size oil‑immersed transformers and dry‑type distribution transformers.
