BLUESIL™ EP 550 & BLUESIL™ EP 570

BLUESIL™ EP 550 and EP 570 are two-component addition-cure liquid silicone rubbers specifically designed for injection-molded insulation components operating at medium to high voltages. BLUESIL™ EP 540 and EP 545 are two-component, addition-cure, semi-conductive liquid silicone rubbers. The A and B components are mixed in a 1:1 ratio and are suitable for injection-molding semi-conductive parts. Typical applications include stress cones, external shielding layers, stress tubes, and other semi-conductive silicone components. These products exhibit excellent electrical conductivity, processability, and mechanical strength; they offer high expansion ratios with minimal cracking, low permanent elongation, and outstanding recovery and sealing performance, ensuring the long-term reliable operation of cable accessories.
