Our company has developed and manufactured the FYCW-01 real-time online temperature monitoring system, designed to address overheating at critical connection points in high-voltage switchgear and other equipment—caused by material aging, poor contact, current overload, and other factors—while also addressing the challenges of detecting such hidden faults. This passive wireless temperature monitoring system is capable of long-term stable operation under conditions of strong electromagnetic fields, high currents, and temperatures up to 125°C. The product features an ultra-low-power design and micro‑electric‑field energy harvesting technology, eliminating the need for batteries, RF communication, or CRC verification. It boasts environmentally friendly characteristics, requires no maintenance, provides complete electrical isolation, is easy to install, exhibits strong anti‑interference performance, ensures reliable operation, and is compact in size—making it ideally suited to solve temperature measurement challenges in high‑voltage environments. Temperature data collected in real time is transmitted via RF communication to a monitoring terminal, enabling continuous and accurate measurements.
