These conductors utilize high‑quality steel and an advanced process that ensures a tightly bonded copper layer on the steel surface. Through drawing and stranding, the product combines excellent electrical conductivity, high tensile strength, superior corrosion resistance, and ease of installation. They are widely used in lightning protection and grounding applications across power and electrical systems, the petroleum and petrochemical industries, electrified railways, subways and light rail, thermal power plants, wind farms, photovoltaic installations, new energy projects, and civil and military infrastructure, as well as for messenger wires in electrified railways. Yongcheng Tedao® copper stranded wire is a bare copper cable manufactured by drawing and annealing oxygen-free copper rods, followed by an oxidation‑resistant treatment and subsequent stranding. It is primarily available in two types: hard‑tempered copper stranded wire TJ and soft‑tempered copper stranded wire TJR. These products are widely used as conductors for power transmission, connection leads, and grounding networks. All performance characteristics comply with national standards and European electrical standards. Available sizes range from 10 mm² to 400 mm².

Copper-clad steel grounding electrodes and copper‑plated round steel are bimetallic composite materials—composite conductors produced by a specialized manufacturing process that bonds copper to steel.
