HP-RTM
HP-RTM (High Pressure Resin Transfer Molding) is a lightweight composite manufacturing process. It involves using high-pressure injection to mix and deliver resin into a vacuum-sealed mold pre‑lined with fiber‑reinforced materials. The resin flows to fill the mold, impregnates the fibers, cures, and is then demolded, yielding a finished composite part. This process offers advantages such as high strength, superior quality, reduced weight, and a short production cycle.
Liquid cooling plate
It employs a high‑thermal‑conductivity aluminum alloy, with upper and lower flow channels formed via gas‑inflation or stamping processes and then brazed into a single unit. Depending on the application environment, heat dissipation is achieved either through pump‑forced circulation or by filling with a phase‑change refrigerant. This design is commonly used in new‑energy vehicles, electrochemical energy storage systems, telecommunications equipment, and various electrical appliances.
