SF6 density relay

It is used to monitor the density of gases in enclosed containers and can be widely applied in medium-voltage switchgear and ring main units. It offers a range of solutions, including equipment for new substations and upgrades for existing ones. Building on the original density relay, this product adds calibration and gas‑refilling interfaces, enabling online verification of the operating density relay without disassembly and allowing for gas replenishment of the pressure chamber.

SF6 remote-type density relay

The S-100CSF6 digital density relay is primarily used to control and monitor the density of SF₆ gas within GIS enclosures. It is commonly employed in high-voltage SF₆ switchgear, medium-voltage gas-insulated equipment (GIS), transformers, and instrument transformers, and is well-suited for outdoor operating environments. This relay features two or three sets of mechanical contacts that, upon reaching alarm, lockout, or overpressure thresholds, promptly transmit status signals to the designated receiving devices via contact outputs.
