10kV Cable Intermediate Joint Explosion-Proof Enclosure (Stainless Steel)
The explosion-proof enclosure for 10 kV cable intermediate joints is suitable for cable intermediate joints rated at 10 kV and below, offering waterproof, dustproof, fire‑resistant, explosion‑proof, seismic‑resistant, and arc‑resistant performance. Installed externally to protect the cable joint, it safeguards adjacent cables from damage in the event of a breakdown or explosion, thereby preventing fires and secondary accidents. It is manufactured from 304 stainless steel, providing excellent corrosion resistance.
Primary and Secondary Integrated Pole-Mounted Circuit Breaker
The integrated primary‑secondary pole‑mounted circuit breaker is designed for use in three‑phase AC power systems with a frequency of 50 Hz and a rated voltage of 12 kV. It is primarily employed to interrupt and make connections under load, overload, and short‑circuit conditions. The device can meet requirements for fault detection, protective control, and communication functions. The circuit breaker body may be equipped with an integral disconnect switch featuring a mechanical interlock to prevent misoperation.
10 kV AC Isolating Switch (High-Strength Porcelain)
The 10 kV AC disconnector features a single‑pole design and is suitable for power systems operating at 50 Hz with a rated voltage of 12 kV, serving to connect and disconnect circuits under voltage but without load. Its pollution‑resistant version meets the requirements of users in areas with severe pollution, effectively addressing the issue of flashover caused by contamination during operation. The product complies with relevant technical standards, including GB/T 1985‑2023 "High‑Voltage AC Disconnectors and Earthing Switches" and DL/T 486‑2021 "High‑Voltage AC Disconnectors and Earthing Switches." It employs conventional high‑strength porcelain, offering excellent aging resistance and superior arc‑quenching performance.
