Our company manufactures indoor high-voltage earthing switches that employ internationally advanced manufacturing processes. Their performance complies with the requirements of GB/T 1985 and IEC 62271‑102:2022, making them suitable for various indoor high-voltage switchgear operating at 3.6 kV to 40.5 kV, three-phase, 50 (60) Hz. These switches are designed for earthing protection during maintenance of high-voltage electrical equipment. Additionally, they have been specifically engineered to meet the needs of smart grids—featuring unattended operation and remote control—by incorporating a programmable, intelligent electrically operated earthing switch. This type of switch utilizes microcontroller‑based intelligent control, offering a simple structure, convenient installation, stable performance, long service life, and advanced intelligence.

Insulating component

Insulating components are manufactured using the most widely employed epoxy resin material, molded via the APG (Automatic Pressure Gel) process. They offer outstanding electrical performance, high mechanical strength, and excellent dimensional stability. Serving as the "lifeline" that ensures the safe and reliable operation of equipment, their primary function is to provide electrical isolation between live parts and between live parts and earth (metal enclosures), thereby preventing serious incidents such as short circuits and dielectric breakdown. At the same time, they also perform auxiliary roles, including mechanical support, secure fixation, and arc quenching.

Lighting lamp

Indoor cabinet lighting fixtures are specialized illumination devices designed specifically for the internal environment of switchgear. They serve as critical auxiliary equipment, ensuring the safe and efficient operation and maintenance of power‑distribution systems. Our lighting products feature low‑voltage power supply for enhanced safety and excellent insulation performance; they utilize LED light sources with a service life of tens of thousands of hours, eliminating the need for frequent replacements. These fixtures are well‑suited to the humid conditions typically found inside cabinets and can also withstand high ambient temperatures ranging from –10°C to +70°C or even higher. Additionally, they offer diverse structural designs and flexible mounting options.
