_35 MPa Vehicle High-Pressure Hydrogen Storage Cylinder Combination Valve

Designed specifically for on‑board hydrogen supply systems operating at 35 MPa or 70 MPa, this product controls the delivery of hydrogen from high‑pressure cylinders and ensures safe system operation. It is available in two voltage options: 12 V DC and 24 V DC. Developed independently by Shunhua New Energy, this product is the first domestically produced vehicle‑mounted hydrogen cylinder combination valve to pass type‑test certification by the Dalian Boiler Inspection Institute, an authorized testing body under the State Administration for Market Regulation. It is also the world's first such valve to obtain EC79/EU406 certification from Germany's Federal Motor Transport Authority (KBA). The valve undergoes more than ten rigorous tests, including hydrogen cycling, thermal cycling, vibration resistance, accelerated life testing, and corrosion resistance. Its valve body is crafted from premium‑grade aluminum alloy, effectively mitigating hydrogen embrittlement, while its proprietary rubber seals resist swelling and eliminate any risk of leakage.
