Material preparation equipment: punch‑cutting combined machine ERL300B / laser cutting machine DE3015
The ERL300B punch‑and‑cut composite machine combines the forming capabilities of a servo‑driven punch press with the high efficiency and superior cut‑surface quality of laser cutting. It is ideally suited for processing sheet metal that requires both stretch‑forming operations—such as embossing and ribbing—and large‑area, irregularly shaped holes, for example in the side panels of high‑voltage switchgear. Meanwhile, the DE3015 laser cutter delivers exceptional precision, enabling accurate cutting to design dimensions for complex sheet‑metal components in distribution cabinets, including side panels, door panels, and partition plates. Its automated exchange platform allows simultaneous machining and material loading/unloading, significantly reducing equipment idle time.
Bending and forming equipment: all-electric press brake PFE-40/1300, electro-hydraulic press brake PDS-225/3100, fully automatic press brake center PBE1400.
All‑electric press brake PFE‑40/1300: highly efficient and energy‑saving. Electro‑hydraulic press brake PDS‑225/3100: with a 630 mm opening height, this machine is custom‑designed for high‑voltage switchgear cabinets; it can be equipped with pneumatic backgauge dies and features a complete set of German‑imported hydraulic components, delivering high efficiency and low failure rates. When paired with a press‑brake robot or a follow‑up carriage, it reduces labor requirements, lowers operator strain, and boosts productivity. Fully automatic press‑brake center PBE1400: simplifies bending operations—once the part geometry is programmed, only skilled operators are needed to handle loading and unloading, cutting labor costs and increasing production throughput, ideal for applications such as low‑voltage cabinet doors, three‑box enclosures, and energy‑storage cabinet panels.
