Printed circuit board terminal block
Our PCB terminal block series covers multiple categories, including plug‑in and fixed types, with a variety of wiring methods and pitch options. The insulating housing is made from high‑flame‑retardant material, and the screws feature self‑locking to prevent loosening. Utilizing quick direct‑insertion technology, wire connection and disconnection are highly efficient. The products are lead‑free and environmentally friendly, with brass pins that deliver excellent electrical conductivity and mechanical performance. A tin‑fogging process ensures superior solderability and oxidation resistance.
Heavy-Duty Connector Series
It features a unique open-circuit‑prevention mechanism, capable of withstanding an instantaneous current of 100 A for 5 seconds, and boasts a plug‑in/plug‑out cycle life exceeding 2,000 operations. The complete product suite offers excellent sealing, achieving an IP67 protection rating, while its locking strap incorporates damping to prevent accidental disconnection, ensuring reliable performance in demanding environments. The product has also contributed to the development of the State Grid Corporation's national standard for heavy‑duty DTU connectors and has obtained CQC certification as well as third‑party testing by Cape Testing.
High-current terminal block
The high‑current terminal series includes both wall‑through and plug‑in types, offering a variety of pitch options. With flexible installation versatility, it supports multiple pitch configurations and multi‑angle cable entry; it optimizes the wiring layout of distribution cabinets, ensuring safer and more efficient power distribution. The plug‑in version features an anti‑CT open‑circuit design: during connection, power is supplied before the circuit is closed, and its built‑in shorting clip can handle a high current of 500 A for 1 second.
