Dry-type transformer
The operating principle of a dry-type transformer is based on Faraday's law of electromagnetic induction, which uses an alternating electromagnetic field to induce an electromotive force in one winding, thereby achieving voltage step-up or step-down. Structurally, it comprises three main components: the iron core, the windings, and the enclosure. The product boasts high reliability, energy efficiency, environmental friendliness, ease of installation and maintenance, and strong adaptability. Dry-type transformers are widely used across numerous sectors, including power systems, industry, construction, commercial applications, the IT sector, wind and solar power generation systems, railway transportation, medical equipment, and more.
Oil-immersed transformer
A rectifier transformer is the power transformer used in rectification equipment and belongs to the category of power transformers. It finds extensive applications in power transmission and distribution, industrial automation, electronic devices, and other fields. The operating principle of a rectifier transformer primarily involves stepping down or stepping up alternating current (AC) signals and, through rectifying components such as rectifier diodes, achieving unidirectional conduction of electrical signals, thereby enabling the conversion between AC and DC electrical energy. During the rectification process, the transformer first transforms the input AC signal and then, via the rectifying elements, converts the transformed AC signal into a DC output.
Energy storage transformer
Hua‑style pad-mounted substations, also known as pre‑assembled substations (Hua‑type substations), are a specialized variant of pre‑assembled substations. They feature a compact, miniaturized design and eliminate the need for a dedicated transformer room; for the same capacity, their footprint is only about 58% of that of European‑style pad‑mounted substations. Hua‑style substations are particularly well suited to distribution projects located far from residential areas, wind‑power generation facilities, and wind‑ and solar‑energy projects where individual units have relatively large installed capacities. In these applications, their compact structure, high safety and reliability, and ease of maintenance enable them to provide robust support for the stable operation of power systems.
