The device features triple alarms and triple interlocks, along with a three‑level redundancy design, enhancing product reliability. It enables real-time online monitoring of gas volume and transmits data to the backend via an RS485 digital signal (compatible with a 4–20 mA analog signal). An external, standalone gas‑volume monitoring chamber isolates the measurement from interference caused by the operation of other components. The all‑metal, high‑strength mechanical framework ensures stable performance even at flow rates as high as 2.5 m/s. The float's main pivot is fitted with imported precision bearings, providing enhanced support and eliminating potential wear‑related issues in the float shaft bore. A streamlined float design maintains stable orientation even under high‑velocity oil flow.

It employs a high-precision through‑core current transformer that is completely isolated from the primary circuit, ensuring high safety; it adopts a distributed measurement architecture—local measurement with digital transmission—using RS‑485 to send data to the backend system; it offers superior measurement accuracy, exceeding national standard requirements; its integrated structural design features three‑layer shielding for enhanced reliability; it utilizes an LED display to present monitoring data, facilitating easy observation; and its ingress protection rating reaches IP66.
