Wireless temperature measurement device
Wireless temperature sensors are used to measure the surface or contact‑point temperatures of energized high‑voltage equipment, such as exposed contacts inside high‑voltage switchgear, busbar connections, outdoor disconnect switches, and transformers. A wireless temperature sensor comprises a temperature sensing element, signal conditioning and amplification circuitry, a logic control circuit, and a wireless modulation interface (as shown in the figure below). The sensor transmits the acquired temperature data via a wireless network to a wireless temperature monitoring device.
Partial Discharge Online Monitoring
To meet the evolving requirements of live‑line maintenance for GIS, transformers, switchgear, and cables, this approach leverages IoT and smart sensor technologies to enable continuous monitoring of power equipment under live conditions. By employing intelligent sensing techniques—such as transient earth voltage, ultrasonic, ultra‑high frequency, and temperature measurements—it achieves smart perception of the operational status of transformers, GIS, switchgear, and power cables. Furthermore, through advanced diagnostic algorithms and multi‑dimensional comparative analysis, it enables intelligent interpretation of monitoring data and automated condition assessment, ensuring real‑time situational awareness and timely identification of potential defects.
Intelligent Control Device
The intelligent operating and display device for switchgear is a multifunctional, intelligent, dynamic indicator system designed to meet the current advancements in medium-voltage switchgear technology. It is primarily used in indoor switchgear of voltage ratings ranging from 0.1 kV to 40.5 kV. The product provides centralized indication of primary circuit simulation status, handcart position, isolator position, earthing switch position, switch status, and the energy‑storage status of the operating mechanism. It also features high‑voltage live‑indication, energized‑lockout output, automatic heating and dehumidification, real-time digital display of temperature and humidity, heater fault monitoring, intelligent voice‑based error‑prevention prompts, standard infrared human‑presence sensing, and an RS‑485 communication interface.
