During vacuuming, the PLC control panel displays real‑time changes in vacuum level; recovered gas can be stored in an onboard gas storage tank or transferred to an external cylinder. Gas recharging offers multiple options, including direct charging (with or without pressure regulation) and pressurized charging (gas‑pressurized or liquid‑pressurized). The equipment's design and manufacturing comply with the requirements of DLT 662.

The online monitoring system for sulfur hexafluoride gas leakage transmits real-time measurements of sulfur hexafluoride (SF6), oxygen (O2), and temperature and humidity from the field to the DCS via an RS‑485 bus. When measured values exceed preset alarm thresholds, the system activates audible and visual alarms or initiates ventilation equipment. Equipped with infrared human‑presence detection, it automatically starts the exhaust fan upon sensing a person; after a specified ventilation period—adjustable in the fan parameters as needed—personnel may enter the work area, thereby ensuring safe production on site.
