Self-healing low-voltage shunt capacitors are suitable for low-voltage power systems operating at 50 Hz or 60 Hz, and are primarily used to improve the power factor, reduce reactive power losses, enhance grid quality, and maximize transformer capacity. They are the optimal energy-saving product strongly recommended by the state. This product complies with the national standard GB/T 12747.1 & 2-2017 (our company is a principal drafting unit of this standard).

Controller

This series of controllers is designed for the automatic regulation of capacitor compensation devices in low-voltage distribution systems. Developed through more than 30 years of R&D in reactive power compensation control, it boasts proprietary intellectual property and features a high-performance microprocessor as its core component. It offers two optional measurement modes—power factor and reactive power—and employs fundamental‑wave sampling to effectively suppress higher-order grid harmonics, making it suitable for a wide range of grid conditions. Customizable models with communication capabilities are also available, enabling IoT‑based remote monitoring via computer or mobile device. This product complies with the industry standard JB/T 9663; our company served as the primary drafting organization for this standard.

Static Var Generator (SVG), Active Power Filter (APF)

The APF uses an external current transformer (CT) to continuously monitor the load current, and employs an internal DSP to compute and extract the harmonic components of that current. It then generates PWM signals to drive the internal IGBTs, enabling the inverter to produce a current that is equal in magnitude but opposite in phase to the load's harmonic currents, thereby injecting this compensating current into the grid to mitigate harmonics and achieve filtering. The SVG also relies on an external CT to measure the load current in real time, and utilizes its internal DSP to analyze the reactive power content of the load current. Based on preset values, it controls the PWM signal generator to output commands to the internal IGBTs, causing the inverter to generate reactive power compensation that meets the specified requirements.
