To address the insulation performance challenges of such gases, we have conducted electric field analyses and practical validations to reduce the electric field strength in dry air or eco‑friendly gases to a significantly lower level, ensuring that our product series meets the required withstand voltage, lightning impulse, and partial discharge specifications when operated in either eco‑friendly gas or dry air.

Insulating components for solid cabinets

The product's three-phase separation structure prevents interphase short circuits, and its surface‑zinc coating ensures partial discharge levels meet technical requirements, demonstrating a low‑partial‑discharge performance across all operating conditions and enhancing long-term operational safety. The solid module's surface is zinc‑coated and reliably grounded to eliminate induced voltages; in addition to being touch‑safe, it maintains equipotential bonding with the cabinet enclosure. After assembly of the main insulation module with the mechanism, the unit complies with IP67 standards, thereby mitigating insulation degradation caused by contamination or condensation. Furthermore, the switch features comprehensive and reliable mechanical and electrical interlocks that effectively prevent unintended operations during service.

We manufacture a wide range of products for GIS and GIL switchgear, including basin-type insulators, insulating pull rods, support cylinders, sealing terminal plates, and more, covering voltage levels from 72.5 kV to 1100 kV.
