Smart Grounding Box
Using the grounding box as a gateway, and by integrating sensing technologies such as high-voltage cable operating temperature, grounding current, partial discharge, fault traveling waves, and mechanical vibration, it retains the original grounding functionality of traditional grounding boxes while incorporating a range of online monitoring capabilities. For example, it can continuously monitor parameters like power cable ground loop current, induced voltage, operating current, partial discharge, cable surface temperature, and cable‑channel environmental conditions to help assess the operational status of the cable line; each monitored parameter supports upper‑ and lower‑limit alarms. In addition, the system provides functions such as open‑box, vibration, and tilt alarms, as well as alarm‑triggered photo capture.
Integrated Grounding Box
Building on the intelligent grounding box's capability to monitor sheath circulating currents, the system now also captures data on the high‑voltage cable's core load current, the three‑phase circulating currents and induced voltages in the grounding conductors, as well as partial discharge at cable joints, environmental conditions, and protection against external damage. Using advanced data‑modeling algorithms, it generates comprehensive reports on cable operating status, condition‑prediction insights, and anomaly‑analysis findings. The newly upgraded terminal adopts a modular, configurable design that enables automatic function matching and rapid deployment; moreover, the high‑voltage and low‑voltage sections are electrically isolated, with the equipment layout organized into three primary work zones: data monitoring, low‑voltage equipment, and high‑voltage equipment.
Smart Inspection System for New Energy Power Plants
The smart inspection system for new‑energy power stations is a novel inspection approach developed to meet the needs of unmanned and intelligent power‑station operations. This platform is suitable for unmanned operation at mountain‑top photovoltaic plants, floating‑roof photovoltaic installations, rooftop solar systems, wind farms, and other types of renewable‑energy generation facilities. Compared with traditional photovoltaic plants, unmanned PV stations offer numerous advantages: lower costs, as automated equipment can handle key maintenance tasks, significantly reducing labor and upkeep expenses; and higher efficiency, since cleaning and monitoring are fully automated, leading to improved performance and more stable operation.
