Environmentally friendly gas-insulated, fully enclosed circuit breaker switch
This novel environmentally friendly composite-insulated ring main unit switch offers several advantages: compared with solid‑insulated cabinets, it uses fewer solid insulating components; compared with SF6‑filled cabinets, it eliminates the need to charge with SF6 gas; and compared with air‑insulated cabinets, it features a reduced footprint, enabling more efficient use of urban space. In summary, it both minimizes the use of non‑degradable solid insulating materials and curtails emissions of the greenhouse gas SF6, while maintaining a simple structure, compact size, and flexible configurability.
Environmentally friendly gas-insulated switchgear with semi-solid-sealed circuit breaker
This new environmentally friendly semi‑solid‑sealed disconnect switch features a streamlined, highly efficient structural design. It employs recyclable, eco‑friendly thermoplastic materials that offer high mechanical strength and excellent thermal resistance. The three‑phase integrated vacuum arc‑extinguishing chamber poles are manufactured via single‑shot injection molding, resulting in a simple structure, uniform electric field distribution, superior insulation performance, high production efficiency, easy assembly, and precise, convenient installation. By utilizing an environmentally benign gas as the insulating medium, this device avoids the need to fill it with SF6, thereby reducing emissions of the greenhouse gas SF6 and delivering dual benefits of environmental protection and operational efficiency.
