Shengyuan Electric focuses on the research and development, design, production, inspection, sales, and service of various high-end electrical LCP and complete sets of GIS LCP. Its main products include GIS control panels, GIS intelligent control panels, high-voltage frequency converter cabinets, transformer terminal boxes, transformer air-cooled control cabinets, photovoltaic terminal boxes, Low-voltage Switchgear Assemblies, and dozens of other types, forming a complete product series with product performance levels reaching IK10, DL5, IP66W and salt spray test for 480h, leading in the industry. Currently, we have 5 patents.
Our products mainly serve the 110KV and above substation projects of State Grid, covering the fields of power, rail transit, new energy and industrial control, and is exported to Russia and Southeast Asia.

The product is produced by Tai'an Shengyuan Powder Co., Ltd., the parent company of Tai'an Shengyuan Electric Co., Ltd., using high-temperature melting technology with an annual production capacity of 10000 tons. It is widely used in the manufacturing of high-voltage, ultra high voltage, and ultra-high voltage insulated switches and related products, with customers accounting for more than 70% of China's switch industry. It is a qualified supplier of Hitachi, ABB, Qingta, and South Korea's TACTICO. The product has diverse models, reasonable particle size distribution, high purity, high alpha phase conversion rate, high true density, low conductivity, excellent insulation performance, stable indicators, good compatibility with epoxy resin matrix, and a wide range of adjustable time. It can be customized for production according to customer needs.

The product is produced by Changzhou Qinta EHV Bushing Co., Ltd, which is a subsidiary of Tai'an Shengyuan Powder Co., Ltd., together with Tai'an Shengyuan Electric. Changzhou Qingta adopts advanced technology from Japan and South Korea, specializing in the manufacturing of epoxy castings for high-voltage electricity. Its customers mainly target power and electrical enterprises in China, Japan, and South Korea. The products include various epoxy castings for ultra-high voltage GIS, epoxy connectors for power cables, various epoxy mold CT, PT, and MOLD BUSHING, etc. The product quality is superior, and we have created a record of zero accident rate in our 16 years of operation.
