The ShuRui Innovative Switchgear Expert Diagnosis System evaluates and dynamically revises the current-carrying expected life of switchgear by monitoring changes in operating temperature, including the coupling relationship between temperature and current. The system comprehensively assesses mechanical performance, the performance of trip units for opening and closing operations, current-carrying capability, and insulation performance to develop a multi-parameter fusion evaluation of switchgear performance. Through a multi-physical quantity acquisition module, it collects signals for actions, mechanical motion travel, partial discharge signals, and temperature signals.
