GSR6-40.5/2500-31.5kA combined switchgear is a new generation of environmentally friendly inflatable switchgear that integrates vacuum arc extinguishing, APG sealing process, gas insulation and interface insulation technology. The primary element is sealed in a cast aluminum tank and filled with 0.22MPa dry air as the insulating medium. It can operate reliably in harsh environments such as basements, plateaus, frozen soil, coastal areas, humidity, and deserts. Compared with stainless steel box-type structures, it has more stable performance. At the same time, the main busbar and circuit breaker adopt independent gas chamber design, which is more convenient for installation and maintenance. All product performance meets the requirements of relevant standards, and the technology is at the leading level at home and abroad.
27.5KV ENVIRONMENTALLY FRIENDLY GAS-INSULATED METAL-ENCLOSED SWITCHGEAR
GSR-27.5 series environmentally friendly gas-insulated metal-enclosed switchgear uses dry air as the insulating medium and vacuum arc extinguishing technology for the circuit breaker. The solution is mainly suitable for the new generation of electric railway systems with single-phase or two-phase voltage of 27.5kV and maximum rated voltage of 31.5kV. The product adopts modular design and the solution can be flexibly combined according to the needs of railway users. The high-voltage live parts of the main circuit are sealed in the gas tank and are not affected by the environment. At present, the equipment has been put into operation by relevant railway bureaus and has the characteristics of intelligence, reliable operation, small size and maintenance-free.
