Waen@UV4002 It is a three proof paint that can be cured by UV visible light and undergo moisture secondary curing. The coating in the shaded area that has not been cured by light can fully cure in 2-3 days in an air environment. This formula is based on a solvent-free modified polyurethane acrylate single component formulation, designed specifically for protecting printed circuit boards, especially those with shaded areas. It has bright blue fluorescence, making it very convenient to monitor the coating status online. This coating can cure in a few seconds, achieving faster production speed, higher yield, and lower cost.
