Uses oxygen-free copperwire with a lower resistivity,which undergoes additional surface treatments to make it smoother and free of burrs,reducing transformer load loss and improving electrical performance.High-quality silicon steel sheets are selected,which,with improved performance levels,have lower unit loss,reducing no-load loss of the transformeHigh-quality laminated wood insulation components are used,which never crack and remain intact even under short-circuit currents.Deeply filtered transformer oil is used,with lower levels of water,gas,and impurities,making the transformer's operation more reliable.High-quality rubber sealing materialsare selected to effectively prevent aging and eliminate leakage.

DRY TYPE TRANSFORMER

Because the coil of the new dry-cast transformer is encapsulated by epoxy resin, it is flame-retardant, fire-proof, explosion-proof, maintenance-free, pollution-free and small in size, and can be directly installed in the load center. At the same time, scientific and reasonable design and pouring technology make the product have smaller local discharge, low noise and strong heat dissipation ability, and can run under 140% rated load for a long time under forced air cooling conditions. It is equipped with intelligent temperature controller, which has the functions of fault alarm, over-temperature alarm, over-temperature trip and black brake, and is connected with computer through R8485 serial interface, so it can be monitored and controlled centrally.

MODULAR SUBSTATION
