EXPLOSION-PROOF SHELL

The product is suitable for waterproofing, fireproofing, explosion-proof and direct burial withstand voltage protection of the cold and hot shrinkable intermediate joint of cross-linked polyethylene insulated power cable with a nominal cross-section of 50-630mm2. The product is made of SMC (or stainless steel, aluminum-magnesium alloy), which has tough physical properties, can avoid power damage by external forces, and can effectively prevent the shock wave and flame generated by the explosion in the power intermediate joint, so as to prevent the occurrence of secondary disasters.

ENVIRONMENTALLY FRIENDLY HIGH-VOLTAGE CABLE SEALANT

This product is a polyurethane two-component reactive sealant consisting of resin (A component) and curing agent (B component). After thoroughly mixing the sealant (tan curing agent and resin) during use, inject the sealant from the injection port into the housing cavity and wait for it to fully cure. The product does not contain solvent and the shrinkage is extremely small after curing. It has good permeation resistance, high volume resistivity, and good insulation. The construction of the product at room temperature is convenient. It combines waterproofing and insulation, so it has become a special material for sealing, fireproofing, and flame retardant of underground high-voltage cable joints.

COLD SHRINKABLE CABLE ACCESSORIES

Cold shrinkable cable accessories are cable accessory parts formed by injecting vulcanization molding in the factory using organic elastic materials, then pre-expanding the tube through special expansion equipment, and placing the plastic screw support tube inside the tube. For field installation, these pre-expanders are placed at the ends or joints of the treated cable, and the support strips inside the cables are extracted so that they are automatically reset and pressed against the cable insulation.
