A large number of studies at home and abroad have shown that when the insulation failure occurs in SF6 equipment, the high-temperature arc generated by the discharge causes the decomposition reaction of SF6 gas, and generates SF4, SF3, SF2, S2 F10 and other low fluorine vulcanization and compounds. It is possible to determine the type of fault by analyzing the components of the decomposition products, and to determine the type, nature, degree and development trend of insulation defects by detecting the SF6 gas in the equipment to decompose the gas components and the compound products. So partial discharge detection is one of the important methods for GIS fault diagnosis.

SF6 GAS RECOVERY EQUIPMENT

SF6 gas has non-toxic, non-combustible, and good insulation characteristics, its insulation strength is much higher than the traditional insulating gas, and has good arc extinguishing property, because SF6 gas is expensive, and under the action of arc, electric spark and corona discharge, it will decompose and produce toxic components. Therefore, SF6 gas recovery is required when SF6 electrical equipment is applied. The SF6 gas recovery inflator produced by our company is produced according to DL/T662-2009 "Technical Conditions for sulfur hexafluoride gas recovery device" standard, which mainly has the functions of vacuuming, charging and discharging, recycling, purification, storage, bottling and drying.
