Heat‑resistant diamond‑pattern paper (DPT) is manufactured by applying an epoxy resin coating to a base paper made from Finland's Tertrans‑T series of thermally modified cellulose fibers. It offers excellent air permeability and superior dielectric strength in oil, effectively reducing product temperature rise; it also features the lowest dielectric loss tangent and ash content among comparable papers. Furthermore, the pulp undergoes nitrogen‑based treatment, resulting in a higher degree of polymerization (DP value) and outstanding high‑temperature resistance and thermal stability.

NHN

NHN is a composite material formed by laminating two layers of Nomex aramid paper with a polyimide film, bonded together using an H‑class heat‑resistant adhesive. It is suitable for slot‑to‑slot, turn‑to‑turn, and liner insulation in special areas of F‑ and H‑class transformers, motors, and electrical appliances, and can operate continuously at temperatures up to 180°C.
