JT-3000 Dielectric Response Analyzer (Dielectric Spectroscopy Analyzer)
The JT-3000 frequency-domain dielectric spectroscopy tester integrates frequency‑domain and time‑domain measurement techniques, enabling users to perform wide‑bandwidth measurements on equipment in a short time. This significantly reduces the workload of field personnel and enhances operational efficiency. The device offers a maximum DC output voltage of 200 V and a maximum AC output voltage of 200 V (peak). When equipped with an internal amplifier, the DC output can reach up to 2 kV, and the AC output can reach up to 2 kV (peak). It also supports both the PDC method and the FDS method, allowing for effective condition monitoring of high‑voltage insulation systems, such as power transformers, bushings, cables, and generators.
ZT-3000 Transformer Winding Deformation Sweep Impedance Analyzer
Sweep‑frequency impedance testing is a novel method for detecting winding deformation in transformers. It combines the advantages of the conventional frequency response method and the short‑circuit impedance method, enabling simultaneous acquisition of both the transformer winding's short‑circuit impedance values and its frequency‑response characteristic curve from a single test. One measurement can accomplish two test tasks, while providing richer diagnostic information. The test wiring is identical to that used in power‑frequency short‑circuit impedance testing, and the test duration is comparable to that of the frequency‑response method, significantly reducing the workload of field personnel and enhancing on‑site efficiency. This product is suitable for assessing winding deformation and measuring short‑circuit impedance in power transformers, making it ideal for factory acceptance tests, handover tests, and preventive maintenance.
DD-1000 Ground Continuity Tester
The grounding continuity tester, also known as the grounding down-conductor continuity tester, is primarily used to assess the electrical conductivity between power equipment and its power‑supply grounding system. Developed in accordance with the standard GB/T 28030‑2011 "Grounding Continuity Resistance Tester," it incorporates a high‑performance microcontroller that enables fully automatic range switching during measurement. Utilizing a four‑wire measurement method, it delivers high accuracy, with a maximum output current of 20 A and a maximum output voltage of 12 V. Its resistance measurement range spans from 1 mΩ to 100 Ω, and it features strong anti‑interference capabilities, allowing for rapid and precise determination of the continuity resistance between an equipment's grounding down‑conductor and its protective earth terminal. This helps maintenance personnel promptly identify and rectify potential issues.
