INTELLIGENT INTEGRATED OF SUB-SECTION POS
Primary–secondary integrated outdoor switchgear substations: models T‑ZBW (SF6 type) and T‑ZBW (N) (environmentally friendly gas type), with the following specifications: rated voltage 12 kV, rated current 630 A, and rated frequency 50 Hz. By enhancing the standardization and integration of primary and secondary equipment, these units improve the operational performance, maintenance quality, and efficiency of distribution equipment, meet technical requirements for line loss management, and support the construction and upgrading of distribution networks. They integrate the primary equipment into a unified structure and employ standardized aviation‑type connectors to enable measurement, metering, and control information exchange with terminal devices, thereby achieving a high degree of primary–secondary integration. This configuration supports sectionalized line loss management, local feeder automation, single‑phase ground fault detection, device interchangeability, and plug‑and‑play secondary equipment—fulfilling the automation requirements of distribution networks.
INTELLIGENT INTEGRATED SWITCH
The ZW32‑12/ZW20‑12 spring‑operated outdoor high‑voltage AC vacuum circuit breaker is a compact outdoor vacuum circuit breaker developed to meet the specific requirements of China's power industry. When equipped with a compatible controller, it forms an intelligent vacuum circuit breaker. It is primarily used in urban and rural distribution networks, substations, and industrial and mining enterprises as a device for switching load currents, overload currents, and short‑circuit currents. The circuit breaker's design complies with national standard GB 1984 "High‑Voltage AC Circuit Breakers" as well as international standards such as IEC 62271‑100 "High‑Voltage AC Circuit Breakers."
CONTAINERIZED ENERGY STORAGE BOOSTING INTEGRATED SYSTEM
The containerized integrated energy storage and step-up unit serves as a critical hub for the grid‑connected operation of energy storage systems. By highly integrating core modules such as the power conversion system (PCS), a step-up transformer, and an intelligent control system, it converts the DC electricity stored in batteries into AC power required by the grid, while boosting it to an appropriate voltage level, thereby enabling efficient power output and flexible dispatch.
