MULTIFUNCTION VACUUM UNIT

The NL/LC-2600TG type ultifunctional vacuum unit is suitable for both power transformer vacuum pumping operations and SF6 gas insulated electrical equipment (such as circuit breakers, GIS, etc.) vacuum operations. The vacuum unit has a pumping speed of 2600 m3/h and is designed with two isolated vacuum pipelines. One of the vacuum pipelines is connected to the power transformer through a flanged gas pipe for vacuum pumping operation, and the other vacuum pipeline is connected to SF6 gas insulated electrical equipment through a DN20 joint gas pipe for vacuum pumping operation. By selecting one of the vacuum pipelines through the selector switch, the other vacuum pipeline is simultaneously closed, making the operation very convenien.

SF6 VACUUM DEVICE

SF6 vacuum device is suitable for the vacuum pumping operation of SF6 gas insulated electrical equipment (such as circuit breakers, GIS, etc.). The vacuum unit of the vacuum device is composed of a Roots pump and a backing pump, and is equipped with a vacuum solenoid valve. When vacuuming, the vacuum solenoid valve opens and closes synchronously with the preceding vacuum pump, reliably preventing the pump oil from returning to the vacuum system. In addition, the SF6 vacuum device has a rainproof design and is suitable for outdoor work. There are four models of SF6 vacuum devices, namely NL/LC-100, NL/LC-280, NL/LC-500, and LC-1000, with corresponding vacuum pumping speeds of 100 m3/h, 280 m3/h, 500 m3/h, and 1000 m3/h.

SF6 GAS RECOVERY DEVICE

NL/LH-7Y-S1 type SF6 gas recovery device is suitable for oil-free recovery of SF6 gas in SF6 gas insulated electrical equipment (such as circuit breakers, GIS, etc). The recovery device is equipped with a dedicated SF6 gas oil-free recovery compressor. The compressor has the characteristics of oil-free lubrication and high-pressure exhaust, with a maximum exhaust pressure of 5MPa, ensuring oil-free recovery of SF6 gas and can be directly injected into steel cylinders for liquefaction and storage. The characteristics of this recovery device are small size (920x850x800mm), light weight (180kg), and high recovery efficiency (recovery gas flow rate of 7 m3/h).
