EXOTHERMIC WELDING PRODUCTS
Exothermic welding is a kind of welding technology which uses the oxidation-reduction reaction of metal oxide and reducing metal to produce high-temperature liquid metal copper, which is used to melt the base metal and finally solidify into the required connection form in the customized mold.
Compared with the traditional metal connection process (welding connection, hardware connection), the process has stronger corrosion resistance, overload capacity and thermal stability, and it does not need external energy and equipment during operation, which is convenient and reliable.
Exothermic welding shall comply with ul467, cecs427:2016 and DL / t1315-2013 standards
COPPER CLAD STEEL PRODUCTS
Copper clad steel series products are divided into copper clad steel grounding rod, copper clad steel grounding wire and copper clad steel stranded wire. Through continuous copper plating process, high-purity copper is uniformly and densely deposited on the steel surface, and the metal atoms of copper and steel are combined, and the bonding parts of the two parts penetrate each other, and the thickness of copper layer is more than 0.254mm. The product not only has high conductivity, strong corrosion resistance, but also has excellent mechanical strength. It is the most widely used grounding material in grounding engineering.
The copper clad steel grounding materials shall comply with UL467, CECS 428:2016 and DL / T1312-2013 standards.
ELECTROLYTIC ION GROUNDING SYSTEM
The electrolytic ion grounding system is a set of systematic grounding device which have high conductive function and meanwhile will improve the soil resistance around, and realize long-term and efficient discharge function. It is composed of electrode body and lead device through exothermic welding. The electrode body can be made of pure copper, copper clad steel or 304 stainless steel tube with reversible slow-release ionic compound. The lead wire can be connected to the ground grid facilities in various ways, and the auxiliary discharge function can also be designed. In the area where the soil resistivity fluctuates due to seasonal factors, the electrolytic ion grounding system can also ensure stable and reliable low resistance grounding effect.
