HELIUM LEAK DETECTION AND RECOVERY SYSTEM

This equipment is suitable for dry leak detection of evaporator and condenser (hereinafter referred to as workpieces). Charge N2 out of the chamber with specified pressure to proceed big leak detection.Charge the workpiece with helium gas of specified pressure, and then plug and unplug joints manually to move the workpiece in and out of the vacuum box to carry out helium leak detection; after the helium leak detection is completed, it is manually handled out of the box, and helium gas inside the inspected workpiece is recovered and recycled outside the box.
